The Queen Victoria Sweet and Savory Weekend | February 26, 2022
Join us this month for a new sweet and savory event! On this special weekend, we’ll serve several tasty and complementary foods, each more delicious than the next. Think sweet fruit, honey, and chocolate paired with savory cheese, crackers, pretzels, and the like. Just as with our Big Cheese Weekend, we welcome you to bring your favorite wine to sip while you enjoy your sweet and savory snacks. This event is free for all The Queen Victoria guests. Festivities begin on February 26.
The Queen Victoria Room of the Month
All The Queen Victoria rooms are cozy and romantic. However, our guests consistently label one room as a special delight, especially in the cooler months. That room is February’s Room of the Month, Crown Jewel.
Crown Jewel is a marvel of a room – some say it’s the nicest at The Queen Victoria. Enjoy two stories of living space complete with Brazilian cherry floors, a gas fireplace, handmade silk-screened wallpaper, and custom window treatments. Sleeping quarters include a royal king-size bed, bathroom with a two-person whirlpool tub, and gas “wood-burning” stove.
Snowstorm? S’no problem. The Crown Jewel has personal climate control for your comfort, a private entrance, adjacent on-site parking, and a private patio. It’s the perfect – cozy – room from where to enjoy winter weather.
The Queen Victoria Restaurant of the Month
Who doesn’t love warm and filling Italian food when it’s cold outside? That’s exactly what you’ll find at Panico’s Bistro, The Queen Victoria’s Restaurant of the Month.
We love Panico’s Bistro which offers brick-oven pizza and classic Italian fare in the loud, lively, surrounds of an old church. Panico’s is a family-owned restaurant that is warm, welcoming, and elegant. An innovative menu includes dishes of Mediterranean influence. BYOB. Don’t forget to bring your favorite bottle of wine!
