Here are just a few dining options you may consider this Thanksgiving in Cape May.

 

The Merion Inn | 106 Decatur Street

The Merion Inn – a Cape May classic – is serving a delicious Thanksgiving dinner this year. Entrees include roast turkey, penne with vegetables, tilapia with French green lentils, and prime rib with mushrooms, just to name a few. Entrees are served with a choice of two sides or choose a full-course dinner that comes with dessert!

 

The Ebbitt Room | 25 Jackson Street

Enjoy an exceptional Thanksgiving meal at one of Cape May’s finest restaurants. The Ebbitt Room, a Cape May favorite, is offering a 3-course menu (entrées include turkey, swordfish and duck) for $75 per person. Gather with loved ones and share a delicious holiday meal prepared with fresh ingredients from their very own Beach Plum Farm.

 

Peter Shields Inn | 1301 Beach Avenue

At Peter Shields, executive chef Carl Messick will prepare an elaborate three-course, price-fixed, Thanksgiving dinner. Entrees include wagyu, seabass, free-range turkey, and venison. Enjoy a lovely dinner with a beautiful ocean view. Visit the Peter Shields website for a full menu. Adults $65, children $35. Peter Shields offers a selection of wines from Cape May Winery & Vineyard in addition to being a BYO establishment.

 

The Blue Pig Tavern | 200 Congress Place

Tucked in the corner of Congress Hall, The Blue Pig Tavern is open this Thanksgiving and offering a three-course, fixed-price menu (appetizer, entree, and dessert) for $45 per person. Choose from turkey, crab, steak or risotto. For those that don’t know, the Blue Pig is an inviting establishment with a real farmhouse feel. For a full menu, visit their website.

 

Congress Hall | 200 Congress Place

Once again, Congress Hall will host its annual Thanksgiving Day buffet from 1 pm to 6 pm. The cost is $45 per person ($19 for children). Executive Chef Michael Greenstein has prepared a delectable menu featuring heritage turkey, buttery mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables and more. Ingredients are sourced locally from Beach Plum Farm.

 

The Grand Hotel | Beach Avenue

A favorite casual eatery, The Grand Hotel offers modern American cuisine with a variety of delectable culinary creations. This Thanksgiving, enjoy an outstanding dinner in their oceanfront ballroom. Menu items include slow-roasted prime rib, roasted turkey, seafood scampi, salmon, plus a host of classic Thanksgiving sides. A full menu is posted on their Facebook page.

 

The Washington Inn 

The Washington Inn is one of the top-ranked and most visited restaurants in Cape May. And, this Thanksgiving, executive chef Mimi Wood, is serving an exceptional a la carte holiday dinner. Entrees include filet, oven-roasted turkey, and plant-based options. Appetizers start at $9, while entrees from $29.
