Cape May Hotel, Queen Victoria, Unveils Newest Guest Room: Lord Melbourne.

Last month, we announced the grand opening of our new dining room and special events center. Now, we’re excited to introduce our newest guest room: The Lord Melbourne.

This very special room features a king-sized bed, with a magnificent headboard, accented by a beautiful woven tapestry. Matching window treatments and a luxurious bathroom featuring a two-head/two-person step-in shower, beautiful granite vanity, and private water closet, round out the room’s superior finishings.

But, perhaps the most impressive feature of Lord Melbourne (aside from 12’ ceilings, a 49” flat-screen TV, in-room Keurig, and comfortable full-length sofa) is its huge private porch complete with porch swing and rocking chairs.

Like all our lovely Cape May hotel rooms, Lord Melbourne features every convenience to enjoy your stay at The Queen Victoria, including a mini-refrigerator (stocked with beverages), iron with ironing board, hairdryer, makeup mirror, and alarm clock.

With summer coming to a close, we’re sad to say goodbye to the 2018 summer season. But Labor Day in Cape May is always a good time. Book the Lord Melbourne for your Labor Day retreat and catch these special holiday events.
