Restorative Yoga – This class is a blend of restorative postures supported with blankets, bolsters, and blocks. It includes long-held Yin poses, breathing techniques and guided meditation. This is a passive practice to balance your Yang, active practice. Restorative Yoga is perfect for getting restored, renewed and refreshed.

Yoga with Karen Manette Bosna

Karen has been teaching yoga in Cape May for more than 20 years and practices Ashtanga yoga, a discipline focused on flow and contrived breathing patterns. She is very active in the community and is even hosting a local yoga retreat May 4 – 6, 2018. For her outdoor classes, drop-in fees range from $5 – $10 and it’s recommended to bring a blanket or towel.

Kelsy Wise teaches standup paddleboard yoga classes that offer an incredible yoga-on-the-water experience.
