Vineyards & Wineries
Cape May Activities
Who can resist a good winery? Especially one in Cape May: the scenery is beautiful, the food divine, and there are plenty of wine selections for you to try. An afternoon among the Cape May wineries can be a perfect outing.
To begin with, there’s the Cape May Winery, which has been in production for over 10 years. It’s currently owned by the Craig family, which also owns some of Cape May’s most famous restaurants. They offer wine tasting, a gift shop, self-guided tours, and a picnic on the deck or lawn. Guests can purchase cheese trays and blankets, or you can bring your own for a romantic outing.
Hawk Haven Vineyard and Winery opened its doors in June of 2009 and has already established itself as a winery to be taken seriously. Though still new, the quality of Hawk Haven’s wine is made to last.
Willow Creek Winery, can’t forget to mention this winery is spread over 50 acres they serve lunch and dinner. They have Fire Pit Fridays. The microclimate reminiscent of Bordeaux leads to an exceptional grape harvest.
Finally, Natali Vineyards is also one of Cape May’s newest wineries. They’ve managed to surprise themselves with how the incredible variety of grapes they’ve planted have taken to our climate and location! Like the other vineyards, Natali Vineyards produce a variety of red, white and sweet dessert wines to satisfy every palate.
