Wallpaper Information

The Queen Victoria Bed & Breakfast, one of the most unique inns in Cape May, NJ, is decorated to bring our guests back to the Victorian era. Our wallpaper was designed by William Morris, the father of the English Arts & Crafts movement, for Queen Victoria to use in Balmoral Castle. The design was the Imperial Crown, the Scottish Thistle and the Tudor Rose. The VRI stands for Victoria Regina Imperatrix, or Victoria Queen and Empress.

Our wallpaper was hand-crafted by Bradbury & Bradbury Art Wallpapers in Benecia, California, who manufacture many fine Victorian, Arts & Crafts and Neo-Classical wallpapers.
